Accuracy of the information you provide

Your reading is generated from the birth date, time, and place you submit. Please double-check these details before submitting your order, as inaccurate birth information will affect the accuracy of your reading.

Payment and delivery

Paid readings are billed at the price shown at checkout. Readings are typically delivered by email within the timeframe stated on the page where you purchased. If you do not receive your reading, please contact us at hello@solunaastro.com before disputing a charge.

Refunds

Because each reading is personalized and generated specifically for you, we generally do not offer refunds once a reading has been delivered. If something went wrong with your order, email us and we will do our best to make it right.

Intellectual property

The content of your reading is for your personal, non-commercial use. The Soluna Astro name, site design, and written materials on this site are owned by Soluna Astro and may not be reproduced or resold without permission.

Limitation of liability
